我原来不运动,吃的多,而且爱吃主食,肚子特别大.后来控制食量,吃饱不吃撑,但是并没有调节饮食结构. 开始断断续续运动,很杂,波比跳.跑步,动感单车,深蹲,卧推,健身房器械什么都练.
慢慢食量小了,肚子也小了.
现在情况是,吃的少无法增肌,吃的多又怕肚子反弹.
我要求很简单,就是肚子小点,胸肌大点,腹肌显点. 我对背部和腿没要求,不练也可以.
求达人指教. 放个前后对比图吧,忘了说了,我身高168,体重115斤
