一般来说去皮鸡腿肉,普通牛肉的热量每100g/150大卡,鱼肉虾的热量就更少了。
肉类提供的蛋白质和饱腹感是最好的了!
需要控制的是主食,糖和油脂,
主食尽量选全麦面包,红薯,玉米,土豆这些,提供的饱腹感更强(也就是低gi),多换换花样吃,然后搭配蔬菜绿叶菜,还有低油脂的肉类就好了。
然后肉类尽量减少烹饪额外添加油和糖,可以买一些低糖低卡的调味料蘸料替代,比如低卡的番茄,低卡的黄芥,部分减脂的芝士片,还有全麦麦芬面包,95%牛肉的潮汕牛丸
