刚刚煎牛排,感觉已经是7成熟往上了,肉只有淡淡的粉色了,但牛排咬下去也没有那种很老很韧的感觉,还是多汁和嫩。就是感觉牛排纤维比较松散,煎完了稍微一扯就纤维分离了,是不是肉质不佳了?
