牛排解冻不到位 锅温过高火太大
冷藏的牛排最好在室温静止几小时 冷冻的最好用烤箱预热拍酸
我的经验是黄油不能下太早不然会糊了,颜色就不好看,我是先橄榄油煎,快出过前加黄油进去化了后拿勺子往肉上浇,十多秒就可以了,然后直接出锅
