我刚跑完吃了个双层吉士汉堡
别节食减肥,必反弹,算下热量差,小基数减肥一天200卡缺口就够了,多吃点蛋白质和蔬菜饱腹感更高。
把自己弄得有强烈的饥饿感,是最不利于减肥的。
每天带着些许饥饿感入睡就可以。

没有别的意思,我觉得这种时候要磨练自己的内心,我之前7个月减了40多斤,晚上都是空腹健身房饿着睡的
你这个毅力不行啊,毅力不行这样减不了肥,走别的路线吧
