lz身高180,体重75kg。目前在减脂减肥,跟着keep做运动,之前都没有添加过户外跑,感觉体重降的不太明显,锻炼了两个月大概瘦了五六斤,前一个月只是跳绳,后一个月做的keep。目标是72kg,要不要加入户外跑呢?或者继续跳绳加keep?
