一般都是大锅炒菜炒饭什么的,一堆零散的东西才用得着颠吧

先放一层培根煎酥,然后上面倒上蛋液,摊成一张一面是培根的蛋饼,然后就得靠颠锅翻面把饼翻过来煎另一面,用手拿容易破碎。
