两个月从150减到120,听大佬说要保持身材就要增肌,我就增加了力量训练,每天撸铁举哑铃,练腹肌四十分钟,平常吃饭也慢慢恢复了,但是体重还是每天都在掉[s:ac:汗]是因为我吃的还不够多,还是运动时间过长啊
