三月份开始减肥,身高175,起始体重82公斤,目标是65公斤,现在减到69了,最近两三周一直在68、69打转
早餐:300ml牛奶,半个玉米,两个鸡蛋
午餐:正常吃自己带饭一荤一素加80g生米的杂粮饭,荤菜是尖椒炒牛肉,红烧鸡块之类的,素菜就是清炒青菜
晚餐:两个水煮蛋加素菜,黄瓜凉拌豆腐之类的
运动方面每个月消耗的热量差不多一万多大卡,就是良子一顿饭的水平,早晚各30-40分钟,大部分是有氧,跳绳跑步爬坡爬楼,力量训练做得少,突破瓶颈要加强力量训练吗?
