疫情期间在家天天跟着keep无器械练30分钟,然后跳绳3000到4000个,早上起不来不吃,中午一块鸡胸肉一个蒸红薯!晚上吃炒青菜!坚持到今天差不多2个月我172cm,所以原来真的是正方形,其实挺艰难的,到现在我感觉还是胖,我这个身高标准体重应该68,所以还要努力!
