劳动节五一劳动节起源:美国芝加哥城的工人大罢工,为纪念这次伟大的工人运动,1889年的第二国际成立大会上宣布将每年的五月一日定为国际劳动节。
中国中央人民政府政务院于1949年12月作出决定,将5月1日确定为劳动节。

家常抓饭
米饭淘好泡水,羊肉切块,胡萝卜切小条,洋葱切细
锅里下油,油热下洋葱炒,炒到变棕黑色把洋葱撇出不要,然后下羊肉炒,炒到肉变色下胡萝卜炒一下(油太多的话记得下调味前倒出来),加盐花椒粉孜然粉,然后把肉倒进电饭锅,加人泡好的米,加入和米同体积的水,把米面抹平,盖上锅盖,按照蒸米饭流程做好即可[s:ac:茶]

今天做的椒麻鸡+傣味柠檬鸡结合体
1.土鸡一只洗净后煮熟捞出放凉,把皮和肉撕成小条。
2.取一小碗鸡汤放入炒锅加入一点点鱼露、蒸鱼豉油、青花椒熬煮5分钟后装入小碗备用。
3.大芫荽(缅甸芫荽)、香柳、小米辣各50克洗净切碎备用。
4.大蒜1个,生姜一小块切碎放入碗中加水做成姜蒜水。
5.将绿皮柠檬3-4个切成两半放入压柠檬的工具取汁倒入鸡肉,将熬好的汤料、姜蒜水、芫荽小米辣等全部放入鸡肉,再加入盐搅拌均匀即可食用。

干锅南乳烧排骨来了
排骨切成好入口的小块,加入叉烧酱,柱候酱,南乳汁,一块腐乳, 我嫌颜色不艳多加了一点新奥尔良粉 ,姜片,少许蜂蜜,花生油,少少一点泡打粉,抓拌15分钟,冰箱冷藏过夜
次日中午,拿出小陶瓷锅,锅底垫一层葱白洋葱蒜瓣薄姜片芹菜梗,下底油,码好排骨,注意一定要均匀铺开,不要有重叠,盖锅盖,开中小火干焗25分钟左右,出锅撒一把香葱叶 我用的是韭菜别问为什么 香气四溢啊,肉香浓郁,宣美干香,松软弹嫩,入味多汁,真的推荐试一下
