健身相关,老哥们我怎么减不下来肥

每天10*5组深蹲波比跳,中午是减脂餐,晚上正常吃。都一个月了体重没变过呀[s:ac:晕]
是不是运动量不够呢?要不要加一点运动量

低于73的都是早上称的,看了下没啥变化呀,就正常早晚体重差的变化
