家旁边是植物园真是太爽了,一圈两公里五圈十公里,配速5:15,一周五次跑了一个月,开始两圈然后现在逐渐加到五圈,从190斤出头减到171(187cm),是真的精力强好多,作息也调到23:00-6:30睡觉
神奇的是膝盖完全不痛,就是小腿有点酸不过也克服了,真的感觉这波能减下来,24岁趁还有体力,目标150
