图上是我今天吃的东西,这里面的碳水是只算主食还是连水果牛奶这类的都算上,软件里推荐我一天吃190g碳水,如果都算的话很快就够了,现在饿的发慌。编辑一下,想把体脂率减17%左右只能多做有氧了吧? 还有骨量要怎么涨?
