是在签合同时规定好吗？泄露了一般法院会怎么判。
另外还有个情况是如果泄露与公司无关的信息从而间接泄露商业机密怎么办。
(现在有个行业叫“虚拟主播”，中之人，就是在虚拟形象后面角色扮演的人，在那个圈子里这个人的信息泄露是大忌，那如果有人泄露他的私人微信或者私人聊天记录，从而导致他的身份被挖出来，进而导致企业受到影响，算是泄露商业机密吗？)

然后他朋友随口在群里吹牛说了，然后就流到网上“当红XX虚拟偶像中之人是谁谁谁”
可是那个演艺公司不希望中之人暴露身份，那能根据这个起诉吗
