这个菜几乎不用什么技术,半只鸡蒸15分钟左右,用筷子能捅破就代表熟了~
出锅,立马过冰水,之后斩成件,因为天气太热,鸡皮会风干失爽,所以我就码上了冰块,保持鸡肉的脆弹。
蘸料是用,葱花,姜汁水,胡椒粉,五香粉,糖,味精,盐,蒜蓉酱,小米辣,滚上热油。也可以按照自己的口味调.
这个热天吃最合适了。
蒸鸡的汤汁没舍得倒了,直接用来清蒸豆腐..
