双十一买了台笔记本，看着有30天价保，就果断付款了。结果双十一一过就又降价，最开始降了200，今天看又降了200，想申请价保，结果却各种限制不让过。
什么商品使用了价保范围外的优惠券啊，商品有赠品啊之类的，找客服也没用。
