这个四月开始,下班后去附近的公园快走一个小时再回家,周末两天早上六点起来去郊野公园快走15公里,出一身汗的感觉真的爽,每天晚上10.30准时上床,三餐多吃蔬菜和鱼,多喝水少喝饮料,早餐鸡蛋+麦片+牛奶
每天坚持,近两个月下来整个人精神面貌都不同了,现在早上不用闹钟六点多七点自然醒,早上整个人精力十足,没有那种夏天很累想睡觉的样子,爽的一比
