岳父钓了一条大鱼,我之前红烧和煎过这种鱼,感觉鱼肉有点发散,不像银鳕鱼那么紧实,也不够肥香,而且感觉有一种奇怪的味道,有点像海鳗的腥味,这鱼怎么做比较好吃?
