分享一下最近做得比较多的一个菜,酸辣口味,比较下饭,还做的快
先把肉解冻切片

拍几瓣蒜,切一点姜,放一起拌匀腌制一会[img]https://img.nga.178.com/attachments/mon_202106/20/-7Q2o-dhooZbT3cSsg-lc.jpg.medium.jpg[/img]
趁这个时间,从冰箱拿点腌制的辣椒切成段[img]https://img.nga.178.com/attachments/mon_202106/20/-7Q2o-f8u3ZaT3cSsg-lc.jpg.medium.jpg[/img]
先倒油小火炒辣椒,炒到辣椒的邪能完全渗出[img]https://img.nga.178.com/attachments/mon_202106/20/-7Q2o-er6hZdT3cSsg-lc.jpg.medium.jpg[/img]
转小火,把邪能辣椒直接倒入之前那一碗肉里
倒油大火烧热,然后直接把那一碗肉下火翻炒,等肉变色就调味,一般来说盐味是足够的,放点葱花拌拌出锅!
