3:大约十万人的服务团队，包括基础的生存物资,调配,隔离,运输,建造等等
4:大约数千个单位,为你抗疫情提供物资包括建筑材料,卫生用品,以及满足居民所需的口罩单位，原件单位，农副产品。以及医疗研究机构,专业科研人员。
5:需要有一亿左右配合你的人民愿意自愿在家隔离,不聚集不添乱，并且包括接受可能死在家里的危险,包括自家孩子。再次感谢武汉留守的英雄。
6大约需要牺牲你很多年的财富累计来提供经济支持,以及今后数年的经济发展包括愿意帮你的三十多个盟友。以及他们带来的损失。
7:各种场馆,包括大学,体育馆要足够容纳病人,并且有能力短时间内建设符合标准的医院。
8:最后也是最难，你需要有一个可以让这三十多个国家都同意的领导机构,包括建议统筹,督察,并且让他们心甘情愿服从安排,要有一个专业医疗宗师级别的让三十各国同行心愿诚服的受你领导。而你达成这一切几乎等同于你统治了更多的与你类似的国家。
