为啥我做的就感觉是辣酱拌豆腐???
完全不香啊,豆腐也没嚼劲。是要烧汤那种冻豆腐吗
酱也有指定的??
不是川菜那种辣的吃不出原味的。关键是要香和好吃

我做会炒肉末(多放点)爆炒(这时候加点麻椒油和辣椒油),葱花蒜末加进去早于肉沫先放进去爆炒一下,麻婆豆腐底料,然后麻椒粉,黑胡椒粉,炒一炒,下切好快的豆腐(丝绢豆腐,超市一般有卖,特别嫩那种,一盒一盒的,切骰子大小方块,提前煮一下捞出了等下锅)加水,收汁,然后做两次根据口味自己调整辣椒麻椒和黑胡椒的量,肉末放多点别太多

麻婆豆腐我吃过两种,一种是炒出来是嫩豆腐,一种炒出来是酥豆腐
