上大学时身高183,体重120,天天跑长跑,后来懈怠了,尤其是上班以后,每年都要胖10斤,现在终于胖到了170斤,很多裤子都穿不进去了还被女朋友嫌弃。想想也该改变一下生活状态了,怎么才能减脂练出腹肌,每天就只做些仰卧起坐有用吗?先谢谢各位德华彦祖了!
