我觉得重要的就是南瓜蒸后和黄灯笼酱一起熬汤再滤掉渣。
酸菜泡椒泡姜泡萝卜炒一下加汤熬煮几分钟,临出锅加点白醋。
黑鱼片用开水单独烫熟,否则会掉浆污染菜汤。
泼油要用味小的如玉米油。
