我现在是6分的配速,想提高到5分以内,网上找了个训练计划,大概是这样:
一、三、五放松跑50min,加腿部肌肉训练
周二400m,90s,6组,
周四5分配速跑1km四组,
周六慢跑1小时,周日休息
