体重一直在150上下起伏,年轻时候随便走走椭圆机一个月就能瘦10斤。今年31了,有好两年没锻炼过,上周开始走椭圆机,一周下来没咋瘦,效果比年轻时候差多了,就这每次还多走了5分钟,吃的也控制了。。
