昨天第一次看到这帖子的时候，我专门点开了链接，确实有这么回事。谁知道后半夜看到有帖子开始洗地了，这风向又变了。本着谁也不信的原则，我自己根据原文件图片，把内容一字一字打出来，用谷歌翻译了一下，详细内容见附件。有几个问题，我根据翻译的内容在这里重点列出来，如下。
1. 是否是官方文件？
这个指导意见是基于官方机构 “Socialstyrelsens” (国家卫生和福利委员会)的出版物 “Nationella principer för prioritering inom intensivvård under extraordinära förhållanden” (特殊情况下重症监护的国家优先原则)编写的。

患者本人不反对重症监护
恢复的可能性大。
没有其他(导致寿命少于6-12个月)疾病
生物年龄<80岁
生物学年龄为70-80岁，并且最多只有一个器官系统(例如呼吸，循环，肾功能)严重衰竭
生物年龄为60-70岁，最多只有两个器官系统(例如呼吸，循环，肾功能)严重衰竭
然后在列出“拔管”的条件。
- 不满足上述条件的病人
- 有新的器官功能缺失，生存或恢复的可能性很小的病人
综上所述，官方出指导意见，医生来判断生物年龄，医生来决定是否“拔管”。 甩的一手好锅。。
