[简单菜谱]也许能减一点脂的蒸汽鸡

蒸汽鸡是我自己乱取的名字,本体就是蒜蓉蒸鸡胸啦,不放味精就很鲜。

主料:鸡大胸500克
辅料:蒜头4瓣
调料:鱼露1汤勺 酱油1汤勺 糖2小勺 盐1小 勺 辣酱1小勺

第一步把鸡大胸花刀划一下,这样能腌的时候能更入味

第二步是切成3-4厘米块状

第三步放入所有调料,装进保鲜袋捏一捏扎起来,会比放在碗里腌更入味,一般一下午就可以了,过夜当然更好

第四步来准备蒜,切碎放底油炸到发黄

第五步把炸好的蒜和油铺在腌好的鸡胸上

最后一步上锅蒸就可以啦
蒸锅上汽之后大火10分钟,再闷5分钟,期间用筷子把粘在一起的鸡肉捣鼓开
