5月底本来从一家港企跳槽去另外一家美企。
后来直线上一个n层的领导找我谈，提出给比不多的月薪，让我跳到另外一个team。
考虑到老婆快要生了，留在现在的公司相对要稳一点，就答应留下来了。
留下来做了一季，现在一言难尽。
我之前的team leader也是从这个team出来，和这个team的leader可以说有仇。新team的leader也知道我和我team leader关系可以。
从我转过来新team，就没有well training。当然凭借资历和经验，上手也不算太难，只是要花点时间。
新team这边的leader挑刺+小题大做，在一team人面前凶我来立威。我承认之前有不足，所以OK OK，你要咋就咋。
而且之前说2个月“试用”，没错，我在一个公司干了2年多，调到新team要重新试用。试用期间税前还没有之前税后高。就算过了试用，实际到手就比以前多几百到1000。其实就是把以前夜班补贴和OT钱变成固定。而且2个月试用，说不满意工作表现，要延长。相当于9月份发工资还是“试用”。
妈的，钱不多，还受气，干来做屌。所以微信找了那个n层的领导，中秋回去探讨一下工作问题。
