我体重59kg身高169cm,从六月底开始用哑铃在家健身,用的三分化,练三休一,开始用的总重15kg哑铃练习,后面练习惯了就再买了5kg的哑铃片,总重20kg练了也有一段时间了,为啥感觉现在肌肉不怎么长了呢?远远低于预期,是重量低了呢还是我太菜了。动作方面许多技术要点我都有注意。饮食方面,练完一勺蛋白粉兑牛奶,晚上再吃三四片冷冻鸡胸肉,为啥我练的这么差啊
