疫情三个月,减肥一月半

记录一下神奇的2022春天吧

大体重第二次减肥,上一次是19年秋天到20年春天,212斤瘦到了156斤。
去年底开始放飞自我,又复胖到197斤。
疫情在家实在是没有事干,加上之前菜囤多了,3月20号又一次开始减肥,控制热量饮食加每天一小时健身环,到目前为止从197斤到了174斤。
发点饮食照片记录一下。

早餐A餐:拿铁+白煮蛋

晚餐一般都是玉米红薯紫薯山药之类的粗粮,就懒得拍了。

我就水煮鸡胸肉和菜,换不同的酱,感觉也还凑乎,外加每天一袋口口香牛肉。
