我这个小猫下巴是长了什么么？

之前很多痂皮，以为是猫藓，上次给他洗澡轻轻揉掉了许多，可是今天发现嘴巴边上又有了，而且这个猫嘴好臭呀，另一只也是吃一样的，嘴没啥味道
