联动那个二三线上涨的帖子，谁告诉你二三线在涨？

疫情过后我不愿意谈房价了，虽然我一直还在关注。因为现在急跌的风险加大，如果急跌金融危机的风险很大，我是不希望急跌的。我本人只是同情年轻人，而且认为房价收入比过高不利于社会稳定和国家未来。我希望的是缓涨/横盘不涨/或者缓跌。

但是这个时候鼓吹房价涨忽悠刚需解盘不合适吧？我觉得这个时候应该忽悠有钱人多买，这是真的为国接盘。
