动力部分，全新一代标致308提供了多种发动机选择，其中包括1.2T三缸汽油发动机和1.5T四缸柴油发动机，以及新增的插电混动版本车型。而最值得关注的也是混动车型，它的动力系统由1.6T PureTech发动机+电机组成，配备8速自动变速箱和四驱系统，WLTP纯电续航里程60公里。后续或将推出综合输出超过300马力的"PSE"性能版。
