已经三天了,用的哥本哈根减肥法。廋了五斤基数大效果比较明显。
明天开始发三餐以及上称图
卧槽没看单位。。我是90公斤 174厘米

天天吃草叶子鸡蛋清,嘴上说吃腻了,但是给我真的塞过来一块红烧肉我也吃不太进去…涮肉的肉卷几乎就是我目前吃肉的极限

哥本哈根啊,低碳水饮食,对人不好,特别是脑力劳动者,脑子会变笨,正确的减肥方式就是正常碳水,低脂高蛋白,配合运动,才能真正的减肥
不管是什么方法,过来人就提醒一点:长期热量缺口别太大,基代伤了得不偿失。
