早上起床,先开电饼铛预热,刷牙洗脸,回来电饼铛已经预热完毕,这个时候开始打蛋、盖手抓饼、再放根剖开两半火腿肠,然后把生菜拿出来预备,牛奶倒出来放进微波炉叮一下,手抓饼翻面再煎两分钟。等到手抓饼做好的时候也就离电饼铛预热完毕大概五分钟左右,这样一份早餐营养丰富热量也足够,非常完美。
洋葱/小葱炒蛋饼,煎一两片培根,煮点燕麦或者小米粥,拍根小黄瓜
有时周末的时候腌点嫩牛肉备着,早上整点煮粥里面

蒸蛋器蒸个蛋,然后牛奶和水果麦片微波炉加热,面包一片。
早上起床弄一下不到2分钟就能准备好,然后洗漱完直接吃。
