1，需要准备一个你准备转的区当地的支付方式推荐paypal，如果是switch玩家应该都有
你有美国PayPal那你就转美国，你有台湾的就转台湾，但是香港不支持绑定PayPal
2，转区没有cd，但是比如，你有余额或者你有订阅服务但是你要转的区没有这个订阅(从中国大陆转别的区基本不存在这个问题，因为大陆有的，基本别的国家都有)，那么你都无法转区
