大二迷上wow之后就基本没运动过,到现在差不多十年,身高180体重103kg,加上抽烟熬夜,已经到了上个三层楼都得喘的地步,最近试过几天快走慢跑,感觉膝盖有点顶不住,而且快走个两三公里就累得不行了,想问下我这种情况想恢复体力加减肥应该先从什么做起[s:ac:愁]
