每天吃不够怎么办

如图,运动量是:工作日走1W步左右,一周大概徒手+弹力带健身5天,1天跑步15km,1天休息

因为要搬砖,中午代带餐,晚餐不是很方便,吃代餐后下班回家(下班有点晚)
