讲真鸡胸肉用各种香料腌制和蛋清嫩一下口感是相当不错的,外面卖的无骨鸡柳也是用鸡胸肉做的
就是吃多了很容易腻
我反正放弃了,鸡腿肉有啥不能吃,非要折腾自己干嘛
我也能做出不柴的鸡胸肉,小苏打腌呗,但那味道还是不行,超过三顿就能把我送走[s:ac:哭笑]

自己做的鸡胸肉贼难吃,蓝蛙卖的贵上天的鸡胸肉就贼香[s:ac:喷]
b站上 在老饭骨视频里搜 宫保鸡丁,以前的一个视频、照着里边腌的方法和手法来腌制,绝对不柴
