上次减了30斤,前段时间考个试又蹭蹭蹭反弹,我就是管不住嘴的傻逼[s:a2:大哭]
前段时间考完了和女朋友出去玩,一路上好多人叫我老板[s:ac:喷]

你去健身房练完,摄入碳水和蛋白质,碳水升糖开启肌肉合成,补充糖原,蛋白质是合成肌肉的原料,so,练完肉+碳水yyds,哦对了,还要休息好,尽量保证8小时睡眠,这点也很重要

减肥前瞎bb的基本都成功不了,我正我身边一堆整天喊减肥的没一个成功的,到是有个不声不响偷偷减下去的
