联动科研人员待遇问题，中科院工作人员待遇问题。

昨天看到这个公函，说的是北京一个中科院的某所，一个国家级重点实验室的副研，7月到手就2000多的事情。

虽然长了点，还是说明了不少问题。现在没有横向课题的组，生存真的都要成问题了。。。
