鸡胸切丁,一个鸡蛋搅拌3-5分钟后,加入盐胡椒大蒜

400g土豆约80g碳水,500g鸡胸约100g蛋白质,1个蛋6g蛋白质
合计约:(80+100+6)*4=744大卡,太低了太低了,所以加了两片马苏里拉芝士。(ps:我早饭和晚饭不在内。)即使再吃两份,女孩子也有负热量缺口。
