不匿名了,在泥潭应该是没什么熟人的

发图之前先问大伙个问题,在下最近想减肥,打算到操场上跑跑步,锻炼一下,但是不太清楚一开始已怎样的速度开跑比较好,也不知道时长应该怎么搞(就是不知道啥时候停下来),我自己的水平非常清楚,1000米都得要跑个五分钟才行,绕操场跑两圈就开始蹦着走路的水平,是肥肥,还请有经验的老哥给点建议。
