炖好了的话,热油下锅煎香,煎好之后关火,下生抽、白砂糖,用余热把白砂糖煮化,过程中不断翻排骨上色入味,白糖化完之后出锅

过油炸到金黄 然后下糖 生抽 老抽 料酒 醋 大火收汁。 改成糖醋

中午做的,没用压力锅炖的时间长了点快出锅时勾芡下汤汁就浓稠了
