基本隔天跑一次,有条件就晚饭前跑,没时间就晚上跑。跑2公里多就累得不行了,配速提不上去,步频也提不上去,还有个问题就是跑的时候肩关节会有点酸痛,这是咋回事?我180、160斤,是不是我姿势有问题? 不过确实感觉身体变好了,走楼梯不喘气了,甚至xy都变强了感觉。。
