黄焖确实就是用黄豆酱的
焖半小时 可就有点扯了
就算是关火 用开水泡半小时
整只鸡不斩件 泡都泡熟了
你以为清远白切鸡是咋做的。。
何况是斩成件的鸡肉
焖半小时都焖碎了

而且黄焖菜放黄豆酱简直不要太正常,那玩意就是大酱,北方人常吃的东西。。。。
黄焖鸡dang放大酱没毛病啊,地锅鸡啥的都是黄酱加其他酱料混合调的
