减肥之前的自己,真的肚子大的离谱,然后小毛病一大堆,去年二月份体检虽然没啥大事,但是一堆小毛病,自己也开始怕了,所以决定开始减肥

2021年三月底开始每日单调的饮食,早餐一个鸡蛋,一个0糖0脂酸奶,,一片吐司,中午就吃生菜鸡胸肉,晚餐,几十克糙米饭和一小片鸡胸肉就算应付了,改变自己熬夜的习惯,以前凌晨三四点才睡觉,减肥后晚上十点半就上床睡觉,刚开始晚上肚子饿的咕咕叫睡不着,但是强忍着饥饿感睡觉,靠意志力熬下去了

四月底这时候已经减肥一个月左右,虽然瘦了将近十斤左右,但是肚子还是老大

6月份初,这时候已经比减肥成功,总共瘦了三十五斤左右,然后我就开始恢复正常的饮食,开始增强力量训练
