我是在电饭煲的锅里倒油匀开,速冻饺子底朝下码好一层在电饭煲里,倒水没过饺子一半稍微往下一点点的位置,用煮饭档按下去等好这样做的。做出来的饺子底部非常脆,上面是略干的正常状态,吃起来又有口感又不至于太热气。

买的不粘锅辣鸡,中间起拱,每次都把中间让开才能煎饺,不然中间马上焦透。。
还有煎饺直接小火煎到底就行了吧。
