今天看到好多牛排讨论,我也献个丑,真正的“献丑”,这是去年第一次给孩子做牛排,因为我个人比较喜欢那种用郭德纲话说“一切呲一脸血”的牛排,反而不太会做全熟的,加上第一次给孩子吃总担心不够熟,最后丢人的煎糊了(原图找不到了,这是滤镜救过的,其实中间都黑了)[s:ac:瞎]

还好我练过一点韩式裱花,拿配菜的土豆泥玩了个花活儿,好歹让孩子吃的开心了[s:ac:怕]

对我来说,这牛排不算糊啊,反而感觉没煎到位,只有四周有硬壳了[s:ac:冷]

电煮锅都有恒温功能,50℃-60℃水浴煮好了,再煎下吃就不容易翻车了

我后来是先diy的水浴,再后来觉得太麻烦了还是买了低温电煮锅[s:ac:哭笑]
